Speaking and Listening Activities

This year, the Year 6 students will focus on a range of speaking and listening activities to enhance and develop their fluency with spoken English! These tasks are often game-based and involve one partner speaking clearly and the other partner listening to and interpreting their words.

Our first task this week required the students to give instructions to a partner who had to follow these carefully in order to be successful! 

One student was asked to recreate a picture, without knowing what it looked like, using only their partner's instructions!  We came up with some pretty funny pictures!
